On consent for the processing and use of personal data of individuals

1. Details of the Recipient of the Statement/Consent

   • I give this Statement/Consent as an individual to the commercial company Wawa d.o.o., Branch of Industrial Street 3, Novaki, HR-10431, Sveta Nedelja, VAT ID: HR59785180614 (hereinafter: Seller) who has provided us with the offer for this Statement/Consent.

2. Findings

   • Consent is any voluntary, specific, informed, and unambiguous expression of the data subject's wishes by which he/she agrees to the processing of personal data relating to him/her (GDPR Article 4, Paragraph 11). I freely made the decision to give this Statement/Consent, knowing that I do not have to, considering the consequences of giving or not giving this Statement.

3. Consents, Permissions, and Approvals

   • By this Statement/Consent, I agree that the Seller may use my data for the purpose of:
     • Permanent collection of personal data for the purpose of issuing offers, delivery notes, invoices, sending notifications, special offers, delivery of goods: via email, post, or delivery service.
     • Permanent collection of personal data for administrative, accounting, bookkeeping purposes, and preparation of all documents and reports for Croatian institutions (Tax Administration, etc.) in accordance with Croatian laws.

4. Duration and Termination of the Statement/Consent

   • We determine that this Statement/Consent ceases to be valid upon receipt of a written request from the individual who has given this Statement/Consent.
   • Any individual who accepts the Statement/Consent and submits it in writing to the Seller may request its withdrawal in writing at any time.
   • The Seller reserves the right to store data subject to legal obligations.
   • We permanently reserve the right to revoke this Statement/Consent.

5. Prohibitions and Limitations

   • The Seller is prohibited from using this Statement for any other purpose than drafting the mentioned documents in accordance with points IV and V of this Statement, especially prohibited from making inquiries beyond those cases mentioned in point IV of this Statement.
   • We prohibit the Seller from providing the collected data to any third party.
