Considering that electric vehicles are highly configurable products, adequate design and definition of key operational parameters are crucial for success in application and achieving a high level of reliability.

At Wawi, we provide these services as part of our engagement in the pre-sales phase, and we do not charge for them separately.

We believe that technical consulting is a mandatory service that will ensure high-quality solutions and, at the same time, reduce the level of engagement required in the service and maintenance phase.

Technical consulting also involves engaging our engineers during the production of new vehicles and coordinating all specific modifications. Such a service can include the specific design of certain functionalities, branding, improving technical performance, services related to specific homologation requirements, and more.

We are highly engaged during the introduction of vehicles and equipment into operation by providing support and training to the operational staff.

Implementation includes activities such as transportation (international and local), importation, compliance with regulations (e.g., homologation), testing, prototype testing, and so on.

Training involves formal training of the client's staff on-site, as well as providing manuals and a 24x7 hotline throughout the product's lifecycle.

In our new service center in Samobor, we recently started offering training and certification for our clients' technical personnel to independently perform service activities on their own fleets. This significantly impacts reducing our clients' operational costs and enhances the perception of our service.
