Transitioning city bus fleets to alternative drives and fuels is no longer a thing of the far future. If the city transport sector and authorities in Croatia recognize obvious long-term benefits of implementing environmentally friendly electric and hybrid buses, the latter would pretty soon become a part of our everyday life – was one of the conclusions of croatian public transport operators meeting that was held on 8th November in Osijek and Nature Park Kopački Rit.
The highlight of the event was the official Solaris Urbino 12 Hybrid presentation. The bus had been tested by Osijek’s public transport operator GPP since the beginning of October.
